Tariff, Availability & Booking

The tariff includes accommodation for up to 20 people, all heating, electric and logs for the fires and includes VAT at 20%.

Llanlliana has a whole house open WIFI network for your convenience.

We also provide all Egyptian Cotton Linen, luxurious fluffy white house towels and beach towels.

Llanlliana is very well equipped please enquire if there is anything in particular you need.

Once you have placed your booking a 30% deposit is due by either cheque, bank transfer or online card payment. The balance is due 90 days before your holiday. We process the return of your housekeeping deposit within 10 working days of the end of your stay

Llanlliana can accommodate up to 20 adults, however extra children can be catered for as follows: an extra child in the Lake Suite (there is a double and single bed) and an child on a quality Z bed. A further 4 fold out foam chair beds are also available for younger children, taking the maximum group size up to 20 adults, an additional 6 children plus infants in a cot. Tariff is half pro rata per additional child (under 16's only). All bedding, linen & towels are provided.

There is no charge for infants sleeping in a cot. Three travel cots with mattresses, highchairs, booster seats, pottys, sterilisers, toy box etc are available free of charge, just let us know your requirements.

Extra day/evening visitors will be charged at £25.00 +VAT per person.

Llanlliana is a wonderful place for dogs with the huge garden and cove for a swim. Up to 4 well behaved dogs (Labrador size or smaller, no puppies please) are welcome at Llanlliana at a tariff of £25 per dog - we however respectfully ask that they are not allowed upstairs or in any of the ground floor bedrooms and are always under supervision outside.

Arrival is from 4pm on the first day of your holiday. If you order online groceries please ensure arrive from 5pm onwards. Departure is by 10am on the last day of your holiday.

Llanlliana Coastal Retreat does not allow camping including campervans or caravans. If you have extra guests (over 20 people) then please let us know and we will add them to your booking.
