We are finally open again and welcoming guests to Llanlliana. It is wonderful to see families and friends enjoying everything the house and area has to offer once more.

We hope that you are having a wonderful summer and have seen friends and family that you may not have seen for some time - hopefully you will be able to get together at Llanlliana in the not too distant future.

We are now taking bookings well in to 2023 and are happy to say that our calendar and pricing is up to date until the end of 2023, so now is the perfect time to start planning your break with us.

The health and safety of our guests and the cleanliness of the house remains our paramount concern and we are maintaining our exemplary cleaning standards to keep you safe.

Before your holiday, we will send you some helpful information about how you can help lower the transmission of Covid-19 whilst on your break. Mostly these are simple measures like opening windows on the morning of departure.

We ask that you adhere to the check-in and check-out times. We will be working extremely hard to get the house ready for you - and the guests after you - and will not be able to achieve the high level of cleanliness needed unless we have every minute possible.

We ask that you always act to minimise risk, not only within your own party but also whilst visiting local towns and villages. Please remember that the local area may have different rules to where you have travelled from. Please be mindful when visiting local towns and villages to keep your distance from others, ensure you have booked ahead for any pubs / restaurants and are abiding by the rules of the businesses you are visiting. Most importantly, if it looks too busy, please consider visiting elsewhere on the Island.

As we are sure you will be aware, new research is being conducted all the time, and this can often prompt a change in Government guidance. We will, of course, keep up to date with the latest information and adapt our approach appropriately. In addition, we will listen to first-hand feedback from our guests and housekeepers and do whatever we can to safely meet everyone’s needs.

We have obtained our “We’re Good To Go” badge from Visit Britain, and also our “Covid Confident” badge from the AA. Both schemes require that we prove our good practices towards cleanliness and safety, meaning you can be reassured that we are doing everything we can to keep all our guests safe.

Below is a summary of our cancellation policy, please read our full Terms and Conditions for more detail.

Bookings made before 08/09/2020

  • Bookings cancelled within 7 days of placing your booking will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made between 7 days of booking and 90 days prior to arrival, 100% of the deposit will be retained.
  • Cancellations made within 90 days of the arrival date will receive no refund, unless a booking is made for the same dates. If a booking is made for less than the original booking, we will retain the difference.
  • All cancellations will be subject to a £60 administration fee.
  • If we have to cancel your booking due to an event outside of our control, we will refund you.
  • If you or your guests are in quarantine and/or unable to travel due to illness. This will be treated as a normal cancellation and you should claim on your own travel insurance. No transfer or refund will be offered.

Bookings made between 08/09/2020 & 31/12/2020

  • Bookings placed between 08/09/2020 and 31/12/2020 are covered by Master Cancel, offering cancellation for any reason up to 2 days before your stay with us.
  • Cancellations made up to 2 days before the start date of your reservation will be given a full refund, less booking extras including, but not limited to, dogs or extra beds.
  • For cancellations made 1 day before the start date of Your reservation or on the date of travel, there will be no refund given and the total cost of the accommodation and booking extras will be retained by us.
  • Cancellations must be made in writing by 4pm 2 days before the date of arrival. I.e. for a break starting on Friday We would need to be informed in writing by 4pm on the preceding Wednesday.
  • If we have to cancel your booking due to an event outside of our control, we will refund you.

Bookings made after 31/12/2020

  • Bookings cancelled within 7 days of placing your booking will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made between 7 days of booking and 90 days prior to arrival, 100% of the deposit will be retained.

Sometimes the need to cancel a holiday booking is unavoidable and out of your hands. In the event of the unexpected happening, it makes sense to protect the money you've paid for your accommodation. We therefore fully advise you and all your party members to invest in holiday cancellation insurance to protect yourself against any losses, should the unavoidable happen in the time between now and when you are due to visit us.
